Dear RosettaNet Community,

Even though most companies are moving toward schema Partner Interface Processes (PIPs), there are a substantial number of DTD PIPs in production by our community. These PIPs, in the normal course of business, continue to require maintenance. 

To support our partners' business requirements, RosettaNet is extending maintenance of DTD PIPs through July 5, 2009, and this item will be revisited at that time. This service will be included in the current quarterly maintenance process. This extension allows submissions for Q4 2008, followed by Q1 and Q2 in 2009.

Note that only RosettaNet members can submit requests. Requests may include cardinality (restrictive to less restrictive), code list upgrade (no deletions) and addition of optional data element(s) and or data structure(s). 
No validation of the resulting changes is required. For more information on the maintenance program, members can go to  http://members. rosettanet . org  and select “Standards”, then “ RosettaNet Process”.
